The school is located on Bow Road, a stone's throw from Elizabeth Park, home to the London 2012 Olympics, and the surroundings of Mile End Park.
Bow is a vibrant, cosmopolitan area, full of life and never boring. A great place to study and explore.
Britannia School is well-connected to central London by many bus routes, the underground and the DLR.

The excellent transport links provide easy access to the fashionable bars, clubs and cafes of nearby Shoreditch as well as all of East London’s famous markets. Enjoy the dynamic atmosphere of the City of London, the capital’s main financial hub, where business is done and deals are made every day.

Then there’s Roman Road Market – offering fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes and fashion, rare and specialist music, furniture and household goods and electronics, or you could just relax and take in the colourful atmosphere, sounds and smells of delicious food on sale – or try the local specialities fish’n chips and pie’n mash in London. A great day out, any day of the week.

You can relax in the beautiful Mile End Park, with its radically-designed Green Bridge, and also Victoria Park a little further north. The area has a rich diversity of Victorian architectural styles. The Victorian history of this area can be explored by just walking the streets or in more depth by visiting the Ragged School Museum. Relax and have a picnic or just a drink in one of the local pubs by the picturesque Regent’s Canal.
