Airport Transfer Terms and Conditions
Flight details and the student’s mobile phone number must be submitted to us in writing by 14:00 (UK time) on the Friday before arrival in the UK.
To cancel or change an airport transfer, you must inform us in writing at least 12 hours before the scheduled flight arrival or departure time. For
last-minute flight changes outside office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00), please call our emergency number: +44 746 746 8787.
Students aged 16 and 17 must book a return airport transfer, unless written parental consent is provided, confirming that a guardian (21+) will meet them at the airport. Additionally, students in this age group should carry a letter of consent to travel alone and present it if requested upon arrival. Travel Consent Form will be sent with the confirmation documents.

Medical, Travel and Course Insurance Fees
For your financial and personal security, it is essential to have insurance before
arriving in the UK. You can either arrange your own coverage or opt for the International Student Policy provided by our trusted partner, Howden Insurance.
Insurance fees: £4.80 per week per person
- The policy covers cancellation charges before arrival for all international students, regardless of their country of origin.
- We can arrange insurance with Howden on your behalf.

Cancellation & Curtailment:
Up to £3,000 cover if you have to cancel or cut your trip short, including £250 for excursions.
Emergency Medical Expenses:
Up to £2,000,000 for medical treatment abroad, with £500 for emergency dental care.
Personal Accident Cover:
Up to £30,000 for accidental death or serious injury (aged 16–64).
Baggage Protection:
Up to £1,000 for lost or damaged luggage, with limits of £200 per item and £300 for valuables.
Excesses apply for most claims (typically £50–£100), and some limits vary based on age and item type.
Money & Documents:
Cover for lost money (up to £100), and passports or visas (up to £500).
Personal Liability:
Up to £1,000,000 in case of legal responsibility for accidental injury or property damage.
Missed Departure:
Up to £250 if you miss your departure due to covered reasons.
Legal Expenses:
Up to £10,000 in overseas legal costs
Course Fees:
Up to £8,000 in case you have to withdraw from a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

Other costs and fees
Check if the book you need is available to borrow from the school library. In return for a deposit you can rent a book and give it back to us at the end of your course. We will refund your deposit minus a small fee.
