In return for a deposit you can rent a book and give it back to us at the end of your course.

Homestay private bathroom: Private bathrooms may be ensuite or for sole use.
* A sharing option is available for 2 people travelling, starting and finishing the course at the same dates.
Twin rooms have 2 single beds, double rooms have 1 bed for 2 people.

Airport transfer notes
Flight details and the student’s mobile phone number must be submitted to us in writing by 14:00 (UK time) on the Friday before arrival in the UK.
To cancel or change an airport transfer, you must inform us in writing at least 12 hours before the scheduled flight arrival or departure time.
For last-minute flight changes outside office hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00), please call our emergency number:

Students aged 16 and 17 must book a return airport transfer, unless written parental consent is provided, confirming that a guardian (21+) will meet them at the airport.
Additionally, students in this age group should carry a letter of consent to travel alone and present it if requested upon arrival. Travel consent form will be sent with the confirmation documents.
Medical, travel and course insurance
Insurance fees: £5 per week per person.
For your financial and personal security, it is essential to have insurance before arriving in the UK. You can either arrange your own coverage or opt for the International Student Policy provided by our trusted partner, Howden Insurance.
- The policy covers cancellation charges before arrival for all international students, regardless of their country of origin.
- We can arrange insurance with Howden on your behalf.
- Insurance is already included in our group programmes, so there is no need to book it separately, unless otherwise stated.

- Refund of pre-paid course fees if you need to cancel or shorten your course due to an accident or illness affecting you or a close relative.
- Coverage for medical expenses resulting from an accident or illness that are not covered by the National Health Service.

Up to £3,000 cover if you have to cancel or cut your trip short as a result of an insured event.
Up to £2 million for your hospital, ambulance and medical repatriation costs, including up to £500 for emergency dental treatment.
Up to £1,000 for lost, damaged or stolen luggage, with limits of £200 per item and £300 for valuables.
Cover for lost money (up to £100), passports or visas, including additional accommodation and transport costs to obtain a replacement passport (up to £500).
Up to £250 for additional transport costs if you miss your public transport from or to your home country as a result of an insured event.
Up to £8,000 for irrecoverable pre-paid school fees if you are
unable to continue your studies due to unforeseen circumstances.
Excesses apply for most claims (typically £50–£100), and some limits vary based on age and item type.
